Which countries does the toll box cover?

In Croatia, the toll box is currently only activated on routes operated by the largest toll operator, Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o. (HAC); other routes will follow later. Please note that special toll boxes may be required for vehicles over 3 meters high or with more than two axles in some countries. In France, for example, vehicles over 3.5 tons or 3 meters high require a toll box for heavy vehicles.
